Experienced Mumineen professionals guiding those who are starting out or ready for the next step. The first cohort of fifty pairs begins in Shawwal 1448H.
Structured, matched by specialization, with a defined start and review point for every cohort.
Tell us your specialization, experience and what you want from the program, as a mentor or a mentee.
We pair you within the same field: cloud with cloud, security with security, leadership with leadership.
An hour a month, online, for the length of the cohort. Mentees set the agenda.
At the review point each pair decides to carry on, finish, or be re-matched.
Mentors and mentees sign up through the Elevate registration. Choose "Find a mentor" or "Mentor others" when you register, and we will be in touch when cohort 1 is matched.
